Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICT & Data Center Infrastructure Management professional to manage critical data center and hosting environments supporting large-scale digital operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining reliable, highly available, and high-performing infrastructure platforms across data center facilities and ICT environments.

The successful candidate will oversee data center facilities, compute, storage, virtualization, backup infrastructure, capacity planning, infrastructure operations, and technical support activities. The position requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to coordinate maintenance, incident resolution, infrastructure optimization, and stakeholder requirements.

With 12–15 years of experience, this opportunity is suited to an experienced infrastructure professional seeking continued career growth and professional development in large-scale ICT and data center environments. Experience supporting city-wide ICT operations will be particularly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data center facilities and hosting environments, including power, cooling, and physical infrastructure.
• Manage compute, storage, virtualization, and backup infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure capacity and ensure platforms are appropriately sized for current and future demand.
• Coordinate infrastructure operations, maintenance, and technical support activities.
• Support infrastructure capacity planning and demand forecasting.
• Lead or support technical incident resolution and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization and performance improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to maintain operational continuity.
• Support reliable infrastructure operations across large-scale digital environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of professional experience in ICT Infrastructure or Data Center Operations.
• Strong knowledge of data center facilities and physical infrastructure.
• Strong technical understanding of compute, storage, virtualization, and backup environments.
• Experience with infrastructure capacity planning and availability management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing infrastructure operations and technical support activities.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working in large-scale ICT environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting city-wide ICT or digital infrastructure environments is an advantage.
