Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior L3 Network Administrator / Network Architect to lead advanced enterprise networking, security, and hybrid cloud initiatives in Dubai. The position requires 8–10 years of enterprise networking experience and strong architecture-level expertise across network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud networking, and mission-critical environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecture validation, Zero Trust implementation, critical technical escalations, and hybrid cloud network optimization. Strong expertise across Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco security and networking technologies, Microsoft Azure Networking, F5 Load Balancers, and enterprise routing protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture validation for enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• Design, review, and optimize complex enterprise networking environments.
• Implement and support Zero Trust network security strategies.
• Configure and manage advanced Palo Alto Firewall environments.
• Lead segmentation and security policy implementation across enterprise networks.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) environments.
• Support L3-level Microsoft Azure Networking solutions.
• Administer and optimize Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, and Cisco WLC environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot F5 Load Balancers.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF routing environments.
• Support SD-WAN, LAN, and WAN infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise DNS and DHCP services.
• Handle critical L3 escalations and complex network incidents.
• Optimize hybrid cloud network connectivity and performance.
• Validate network architecture against enterprise security and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application teams.
• Provide technical leadership in mission-critical networking environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of enterprise networking experience.
• CCIE – Enterprise Infrastructure or Security is mandatory.
• Expert-level experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, including:
  • Network segmentation
  • Zero Trust implementation
  • Enterprise security
• Strong experience with Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD).
• L3-level expertise in Microsoft Azure Networking.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Cisco DNAC
  • Cisco ISE

  • F5 Load Balancers
• Strong knowledge of:
  • BGP
