Job Overview

DataSack Solutions is seeking a Senior Officer – Digital Performance to support digital banking performance management, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on analyzing digital banking performance and customer behavior while supporting digital banking and innovation initiatives.

The successful candidate will prepare monthly digital performance reports, maintain performance dashboards, generate analytical insights through digital channel analytics, support SAMA reporting requirements, and monitor digital banking budgets and monthly expenditure. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work effectively with multiple digital banking and transformation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Banking and Innovation performance strategy.
• Prepare and issue monthly digital banking performance reports.
• Support the development and maintenance of monthly Digital Banking and Innovation dashboards.
• Generate analytical reports using Digital Channels Analytics Engine to evaluate customer and user behavior.
• Analyze digital channel data and convert findings into meaningful business insights.
• Support the preparation of digital banking reports requested by SAMA.
• Track digital banking budgets and prepare monthly expenditure reports.
• Monitor digital banking performance metrics and KPIs.
• Support data visualization and dashboard development activities.
• Prepare management-level and analytical reports for decision-making.
• Work closely with Digital Business Engagement, Digital Transformation, Digital Delivery, Omni Channel, Self-Service, and Digital Payments teams.
• Support cross-functional digital banking performance initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital performance reporting and analytics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall professional experience, with 2–3 years of experience in a Senior Officer-level role, preferably within banking or digital banking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
• Good understanding of digital banking performance metrics and KPIs.
• Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable business insights.
• Experience preparing management-level and analytical reports.
• Good understanding of financial and budget analysis.
• Experience preparing monthly spend and financial reports.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional digital banking teams.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in Digital Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to digital channels and customer behavior analytics.
• Experience with digital payments, self-service, or omnichannel banking.
• Exposure to SAMA reporting requirements.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of digital banking KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement.
