Job Overview

A banking organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Officer – Digital Performance to support digital banking performance management, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development. This opportunity is suited to analytical professionals with 2–3 years of experience in senior officer-level roles, preferably within banking or digital banking.

The successful candidate will support the performance strategy for Digital Banking and Innovation, prepare monthly performance reports, maintain digital banking dashboards, analyze customer and user behavior, and develop management-level reporting. The role also involves budget tracking, financial analysis, and collaboration with multiple digital banking and transformation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Banking and Innovation performance strategy.
• Prepare and issue monthly digital performance reports.
• Support the development and maintenance of monthly Digital Banking and Innovation dashboards.
• Generate analytical reports using digital channels analytics tools.
• Analyze customer and user behavior to identify meaningful business insights.
• Support the preparation of digital banking reports requested by SAMA.
• Track digital banking budgets and prepare monthly expenditure reports.
• Monitor digital banking performance metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare management-level reports and analytical presentations.
• Support financial and budget analysis related to digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Digital Business Engagement, Digital Transformation, Digital Delivery, Omni Channel, Self-Service, and Digital Payments teams.
• Convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital performance measurement and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Senior Officer-level role, preferably within banking or digital banking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Business
  • Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Finance
  • A related discipline
• Strong experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
• Good understanding of digital banking performance metrics and KPIs.
• Experience in dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful business insights.
• Experience preparing management-level and analytical reports.
• Good understanding of financial and budget analysis.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional digital banking teams.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to digital banking, FinTech, financial services, digital payments, self-service, or omnichannel banking is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAMA reporting requirements is advantageous.
• Saudi Nationals are preferred.
