4. Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to support high-rise building projects in Dubai, UAE. The role will focus on project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and delay analysis to help ensure efficient project execution and successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of high-rise building experience with a main contracting company in Dubai, with strong expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project. This opportunity provides exposure to major construction projects and opportunities for career growth, professional development, and advanced project planning expertise.

Candidates must be currently available inside the UAE and able to attend a face-to-face interview.

5. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project schedules for high-rise building projects.
• Prepare project planning schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Track project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
• Prepare regular progress reports for project management and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct delay analysis and support the development of recovery plans where required.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress updates and ensure accurate schedule reporting.
• Analyze project performance, milestones, and critical activities.
• Identify scheduling risks and provide recommendations to support timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate planning records and project documentation.
• Communicate planning updates and schedule-related issues effectively with project stakeholders.

6. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of high-rise building project experience.
• Mandatory experience with a main contracting company in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Proven experience in project scheduling and planning.
• Experience preparing and monitoring project schedules and progress reports.
• Strong knowledge of delay analysis and project performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Must be currently available inside the UAE.
• Must be available for a face-to-face interview.

AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 per month, depending on experience.
