The successful candidate will lead the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals while supporting tender submissions for roads, utilities, drainage, structures, and civil engineering projects. Working closely with engineering, commercial, and project management teams, you will ensure accurate cost estimation, comprehensive technical documentation, and successful bid delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
• Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project specifications.
• Develop competitive project costing, unit rates, and pricing strategies.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare method statements, execution plans, and technical proposal documents.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams during tender preparation.
• Utilize CANDY or equivalent estimation software for project costing.
• Maintain accurate tender documentation and proposal records.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals in accordance with client requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of estimation and proposal processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation.
• Proven experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
