Job Overview

We are seeking three Senior QA Analysts specializing in Automation to support technology transformation initiatives in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a 6-month extendable contract opportunity for experienced quality assurance and software testing professionals with strong exposure to technology governance, quality frameworks, and large-scale transformation programs.

The successful candidates will contribute to quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle, including solution design reviews, testing, vendor deliverable assessments, quality governance, and stakeholder coordination. Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps environments will be important for supporting quality throughout technology delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support quality assurance and software testing activities across technology programs.
• Review solution designs and assess quality requirements.
• Plan and execute testing activities in accordance with established quality frameworks.
• Review vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
• Support automation testing activities and quality engineering processes.
• Apply SDLC, Agile, and DevOps principles throughout testing and quality activities.
• Contribute to technology governance and quality control processes.
• Identify quality risks, defects, and process gaps and support their resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and project teams.
• Maintain appropriate quality documentation, testing records, and reports.
• Support stakeholder management and governance activities throughout technology transformation programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Software Testing, or Technology Governance.
• Strong experience in large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality frameworks and software testing practices.
• Experience reviewing solution designs and vendor deliverables.
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and technology governance experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic language proficiency, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Must currently be based inside the UAE.
• Available to join immediately or within 30 days.
