A leading organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager (QA/QC Manager) to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for Aluminum and Glass Facade projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) across project activities.
• Ensure all project work complies with technical specifications, client requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities for aluminum and glass facade projects.
• Plan and supervise inspection and testing procedures throughout project execution.
• Monitor quality performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Review project documentation and quality records to maintain compliance.
• Ensure adherence to applicable industry standards and company quality policies.
• Provide guidance and technical support on quality-related matters to project teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of project experience.
• Mandatory experience in Aluminum and Glass (Facade) Projects.
