Job Overview

WorkWavez Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant to support SAP Finance initiatives in Doha, Qatar. The role is designed for a senior SAP professional with extensive consulting experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI/CO, SAP RE-FX, SAP DRC, e-Invoicing, and tax compliance.

The successful candidate will contribute across the full SAP implementation lifecycle, including finance process integration, lease accounting, regulatory compliance, tax integrations, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Strong experience integrating SAP Finance with SD, MM, VIM, and external regulatory platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Finance consulting activities across the implementation lifecycle.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) solutions.
• Manage SAP Lease Accounting using RE-FX.
• Support accounting requirements related to IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
• Implement and support SAP DRC, eDocument, and ACR functionality.
• Support e-Invoicing and tax compliance requirements.
• Integrate SAP with regulatory and tax portals using SAP CPI / PI / PO.
• Support integration across AP, AR, Asset Accounting, SD, MM, and VIM.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.
• Participate in configuration, testing, integration, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Support documentation, process improvements, and SAP Finance best practices.
• Ensure SAP solutions meet relevant finance, tax, regulatory, and business requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO).
• Strong experience with SAP Lease Accounting (RE-FX).
• Knowledge of IFRS 16 and ASC 842.
• Hands-on experience with SAP DRC / eDocument / ACR.
• Experience with e-Invoicing and Tax Compliance.
• Experience with SAP CPI / PI / PO and regulatory/tax portal integrations.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, Asset Accounting, SD, MM, and VIM integration.
• Full SAP implementation lifecycle experience.
• GCC implementation experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant SAP certifications are advantageous.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary: Up to QAR 26,800 per month
