Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the technical development of a multi-tenant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform covering Procurement, Accounting, Human Resources Management (HRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Service Operations, and third-party API integrations. The role carries end-to-end responsibility across the software development lifecycle, from database architecture and backend development through frontend implementation, testing, documentation, and release preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build complete ERP features across the technology stack.
• Develop and maintain database schemas, migrations, server API endpoints, and Vue.js user interfaces.
• Design and review changes across a database environment containing approximately 250 tables, 79 views, and 89 migrations.
• Ensure database changes maintain correctness and backward compatibility.
• Safeguard multi-tenant data isolation across tenants, companies, and branches.
• Ensure all database queries are correctly scoped to prevent unauthorized cross-customer data access.
• Maintain and extend role-based permission systems.
• Implement permission levels for read, edit, delete, and post operations.
• Enforce authorization controls on both client-side and server-side applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and database views.
• Diagnose and resolve slow database queries and performance issues.
• Prepare release candidates by building, testing, and documenting software changes.
• Document required database migration and deployment procedures.
• Conduct structured technical handovers for production releases.
• Maintain technical documentation covering setup procedures, migration notes, and known issues.
• Replace remaining third-party service dependencies, including email, SMS, queuing, and document storage services.
• Support the transition from cloud hosting to on-premise infrastructure.

• Transfer ownership of application modules progressively through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality, performance, scalability, security, and functional accuracy.
