Job Overview

Cinergie Digital is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack Java & AWS to build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications for a global airline in Dubai. The role focuses on developing scalable Spring Boot microservices, secure REST APIs, responsive React and TypeScript applications, and highly available cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

The successful candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, including application development, cloud deployment, event-driven integrations, automated testing, CI/CD, code quality, and production support. The position requires strong Core Java and Spring Boot expertise along with hands-on experience across AWS services including ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable and secure Spring Boot microservices.
• Develop and maintain secure REST APIs.
• Create responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Deploy and operate applications across AWS environments.
• Work with AWS ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM.
• Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and SNS/SQS.
• Implement unit and integration testing practices.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and software engineering.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of application architecture and delivery processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java.
• Proven production experience delivering applications on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with:

  • AWS ECS/EKS
  • AWS Lambda
  • API Gateway
  • S3
  • RDS
  • DynamoDB
  • IAM
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Front-end development experience with React and TypeScript.
