Job Overview

DWT Technology is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer specializing in AppEngine and enterprise integrations to join an onsite project in Riyadh. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL practices, custom application development, workflow automation, scripting, and enterprise system integrations.

The position is offered on a one-year extendable contract and is suited to experienced professionals with a strong background in ServiceNow development and integration technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow AppEngine.
• Build workflows, scripts, and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and support enterprise system integrations.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Implement automation using JavaScript, Python, and platform-specific scripting.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, integrations, and technical issues.
• Apply ITIL principles to IT service management solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications and integration processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Solid knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow AppEngine.
• Experience developing custom applications, workflows, and scripts.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and/or ServiceNow platform-specific scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of middleware and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Iqama is required.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
