Job Overview

Azizi Developments – Gardinia Contracting is seeking experienced civil engineering professionals to join its construction team in the UAE. Multiple positions are available for Site Engineers, Senior Site Engineers, and Project Engineers with mandatory UAE construction experience and strong exposure to residential and high-rise building projects.

The successful candidates will contribute to site execution and construction activities, working within project teams to ensure construction work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules. Strong practical knowledge of construction execution and site engineering is essential for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor site execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and support timely project delivery.
• Review construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable quality and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and site resources as required.
• Monitor the quality of construction works and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress records, and technical documentation.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and construction coordination.
• For Senior Site Engineer and Project Engineer roles, take increased responsibility for technical coordination, project execution, and site management.
• Contribute to effective delivery of residential and high-rise construction projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Mandatory UAE construction experience.
• Mandatory experience in residential and/or high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution and construction activities.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong project coordination and site supervision skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Relevant professional engineering certifications or technical training are advantageous for continued career development.
