A leading company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support operations at the Bazargan Oil Field in Iraq. The position is suited to a qualified Civil Engineer with substantial experience managing site activities within oil fields and oil and gas projects.

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing site operations, supervising teams, coordinating work activities, and maintaining effective project execution within an oil and gas environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in demanding site conditions are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities at the oil field.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively supervise teams and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Ability to work effectively in an oil and gas project environment.
• Willingness to work on a 24/6 rotation schedule.
