Job Overview

Anotech is seeking experienced System Completion professionals to join its offshore team in Qatar on a 56/28 rotation. Open positions include System Completion Coordinator and System Completion Operator – Hexagon Software, providing opportunities for professionals with proven experience in system completion, commissioning, and offshore oil and gas or energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

System Completion Coordinator

• Coordinate system completion activities throughout project execution.
• Support system completion and commissioning processes.
• Manage and coordinate system completion documentation.
• Monitor completion activities and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and other project disciplines.
• Support the identification and resolution of system completion issues.
• Maintain effective communication across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ensure system completion activities are properly documented and tracked.

System Completion Operator – Hexagon Software

• Execute system completion activities using Hexagon software.
• Maintain and update system completion data and documentation.
• Support commissioning and system completion teams with accurate project information.
• Operate completion management software in accordance with project requirements.
• Assist with tracking system completion progress and outstanding activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain accurate completion records.
• Support reporting and documentation throughout the completion lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

For Both Positions

• Proven professional experience in System Completion and/or Commissioning.
• Offshore experience is essential.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of system completion processes and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment.
• Relevant technical qualifications and project experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Additional Requirement – System Completion Operator

• Hands-on experience with Hexagon software is mandatory.
