Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst / SME to support a strategic Brokerage Technology and Capital Markets Transformation program in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience across brokerage, capital markets, securities trading, or financial services technology, with strong expertise in business systems analysis, technical analysis, solution design, and brokerage technology platforms.

The role will involve supporting the modernization and transformation of brokerage systems, including Order Management Systems (OMS), trading platforms, trade lifecycle, settlement, custody, corporate actions, and margin trading. The successful candidate will also contribute to enterprise integration, APIs, middleware, microservices, cloud platforms, databases, system implementation, migration, testing, and production releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Perform detailed gap analysis and support target-state solution design.
• Act as a subject matter expert for brokerage and capital markets systems.
• Support transformation initiatives across brokerage technology and securities trading platforms.
• Analyze and support Order Management Systems and trading platforms.
• Support trade lifecycle, settlement, custody, corporate actions, and margin trading processes.
• Support enterprise integration and API/microservices architecture.
• Work with REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, messaging, and microservices.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Participate in system implementation and modernization initiatives.
• Support migration activities and technical transformation programs.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, production readiness, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, solution architects, and technology teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
• Support production releases and resolve technical issues where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of brokerage technology platforms and processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Brokerage, Capital Markets, Securities Trading, or Financial Services Technology.
• Proven experience working as a:

Preferred Skills:

• UAE capital markets experience involving ADX, DFM, Nasdaq Dubai, or SCA.
• Exchange connectivity and market data integration.
• Clearing, settlement, custody, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with brokerage/trading platforms such as GTN, ZagTrader, TradeNet, Centroid, RupeeSeed, Broadridge, Fidessa, or similar platforms.
• DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Cloud-native architecture experience.
