Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst – Payments & Integrations to join a team in Dubai, UAE, supporting the Wholesale and Transaction Banking domain. The role requires strong expertise in the UAE banking ecosystem, payments infrastructure, corporate-to-bank integrations, and technical business analysis.

The successful candidate will work across business and technology teams to analyze payment and integration requirements, prepare business and functional documentation, and support implementation and testing activities. The position offers opportunities for long-term career growth and professional development within banking technology, payments, and integration architecture.

Candidates must have relevant UAE banking experience, particularly in payments and integrations. Experience with SWIFT, H2H integrations, APIs, SQL, regulatory integrations, and corporate banking channels will be highly relevant to the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements related to payments and banking integrations.
• Work with SWIFT MT/MX, FTS, AANI, H2H, and SWIFT FileAct payment ecosystems.
• Analyze and support Corporate-to-Bank integrations using API and SFTP technologies.
• Support TAS and RERA integrations within the banking environment.
• Perform API analysis and contribute to integration architecture discussions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and other functional documentation.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and integration teams to define requirements and solutions.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, including test scenarios, issue analysis, and resolution coordination.
• Analyze SQL data to support business and integration requirements.
• Support corporate channels and ERP integration initiatives where required.
• Contribute to payment, integration, and regulatory reporting projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis or a closely related technical role.
• Mandatory UAE banking experience.
• Strong experience in the UAE banking payments and integration ecosystem.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • SWIFT MT/MX
  • FTS
  • AANI
  • H2H integrations
  • SWIFT FileAct
  • Corporate-to-Bank integrations
  • API/SFTP integrations
  • TAS and RERA integrations
  • API analysis
  • SQL
  • Integration architecture
• Strong experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Wholesale or Transaction Banking domain experience.
• Experience with corporate banking channels.
• Experience with SAP/ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of escrow accounts.
• Experience with regulatory reporting.
