Job Overview

Dicetek is seeking an experienced Temenos Systems Analyst – IT Core Banking to join its onsite team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with strong expertise in the Temenos Transact (T24) core banking platform, particularly Release R20 or later, who are passionate about delivering high-quality banking technology solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, developers, and quality assurance teams to support, implement, and enhance core banking applications. Key Responsibilities

• Support, implement, and maintain Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate system solutions.
• Configure and support Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH).
• Develop and maintain applications using InfoBasic, jBASE, TAFJ/TAFC, and Temenos development frameworks.
• Integrate banking applications using OFS, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other Temenos integration frameworks.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for production issues.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, payment standards, and security requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and support system enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking.
• Experience with Temenos Release R20 or later.
• Strong expertise in Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH).
• Proficiency in jBASE, InfoBasic, TAFJ/TAFC, SQL, and Windows environments.
• Experience with OFS, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Temenos integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of core banking operations and Islamic banking products including CASA, Wakala, Murabaha, Mudaraba, and Ijarah.
• Knowledge of payment systems, SWIFT, ISO 20022, CRS, CPS, IFRS, and banking compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Previous banking experience in the UAE is an advantage.
• Temenos certifications are preferred.
