Job Overview

CCECC is expanding its site teams in Dubai and is seeking experienced Utility Works Foremen, Chargehands, and Supervisors to support ongoing infrastructure projects. The positions are suited to professionals with hands-on experience in utility networks, road construction, and infrastructure project execution within the UAE.

Successful candidates will work across water pipeline, sewerage, storm water drainage, ducting and cabling, manholes, chambers, excavation, and backfilling activities. Strong knowledge of site drawings, team supervision, safety requirements, and daily coordination with engineering teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate utility works at construction sites.
• Guide site teams and allocate daily work activities.
• Monitor water pipeline installation and related utility works.
• Supervise sewerage and storm water drainage network activities.
• Coordinate ducting and cabling works.
• Oversee construction of manholes and chambers.
• Supervise excavation and backfilling activities.
• Read and interpret construction and site drawings.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications.
• Monitor daily progress and coordinate with site engineers.
• Maintain required quality and safety standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Support project teams in meeting construction schedules.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and site resources.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant hands-on experience in utility works and infrastructure construction.
• Experience with:

• Proven experience in UAE road and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and understand site drawings.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and project teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
