🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle Database administration activities including monitoring and performance tuning
• Perform database backup and recovery operations using RMAN

• Work with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environments
• Monitor database security, user access, and compliance controls
• Support database capacity planning and infrastructure optimization

• Maintain database documentation and operational procedures

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle DBA Administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 11g, 12c, and 19c databases
• Expertise in RMAN backup and recovery processes
• Experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard environments
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix administration
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in production support environments preferred
• Cloud platform exposure such as OCI, AWS, or Azure is an added advantage
• Oracle Database certification or related professional certification is beneficial for career progression
