Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects as a Functional Consultant
- Configure and manage Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) solutions
- Support additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules when required
- Work on system configuration, workflows, and security setup
- Develop and maintain OTBI reporting solutions
- Support page personalization and user experience enhancements
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather functional requirements
- Assist in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities
- Provide functional guidance and documentation for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Ensure compliance with organizational HR system standards and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or related field
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM consulting
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Experience with additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules is an advantage, including:
