🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage MSME LAP customers across assigned territories
  • Generate business for secured lending and LAP loan products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with MSME customers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct customer profiling and financial assessment
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with lending and documentation requirements
  • Maintain high-quality portfolio standards and customer service
  • Identify new business opportunities through market networking and referrals
  • Support cross-selling opportunities for banking and financial products

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance
  • Experience in SME Sales, Secured Loans, Home Loans, or LAP Loans is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of MSME lending products
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to achieve sales and business acquisition targets
  • CIBIL score above 700 is mandatory
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred

  • Knowledge of local market and customer acquisition strategies
