Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of modern and responsive web applications using React.js
- Design and implement scalable Micro-Frontend Architectures using Module Federation and Webpack
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams using Figma to deliver high-quality user interfaces
- Define frontend architecture standards, coding practices, and development guidelines
- Optimize application performance, scalability, maintainability, and accessibility
- Integrate REST APIs and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
- Mentor junior developers and support technical skill development
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows
- Support reusable component development and frontend design systems
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of frontend development experience
- Strong expertise in React.js, including Hooks and state management
- Hands-on experience with Micro-Frontend Architecture, Module Federation, and single-spa
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience integrating REST APIs into enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Figma and frontend design systems
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards
- Experience with Webpack, Vite, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- Ability to lead frontend architecture and mentor engineering teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of component libraries and reusable design systems
- Familiarity with Vue.js or Angular
- Experience working in Telecom or SaaS enterprise domains
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
