Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business operations and coordination activities across teams
  • Handle vendor management and stakeholder communication processes
  • Support PMO-related activities and operational execution
  • Monitor payment cycles, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and vendor coordination
  • Prepare operational reports, documentation, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for business deliverables
  • Utilize advanced Excel and project management tools for reporting and tracking
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, or Vendor Management
  • Preferred industry experience in IT Services or Fintech
  • MBA qualification preferred
  • Strong experience handling external partners and senior stakeholders
  • Good understanding of financial operations and DSO management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and project management tools
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced business environments
