Key Responsibilities
- Partner with multiple manufacturing plants to manage end-to-end Plant HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational HR policies.
- Manage contractor workforce administration and compliance requirements.
- Handle industrial relations (IR) and union-related matters effectively.
- Support HR governance initiatives across manufacturing locations.
- Coordinate employee engagement, grievance handling, and workforce planning activities.
- Advise plant leadership on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Maintain HR documentation, statutory records, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of Plant HR experience (Mandatory).
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food industry is mandatory.
