The Field Supervisor will be responsible for achieving primary sales targets, strengthening outlet execution, improving product availability, and ensuring effective implementation of sales processes and operational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned primary sales targets, including COOPS, CPC, and new business development objectives.
- Drive CSD Primary growth through effective execution of CSD PD initiatives.
- Ensure optimum assortment and availability of MM packs across assigned outlets.
- Maintain compliance with Planned Journey Plans (PJP), EFOS, and L&D processes.
- Conduct quarterly engagement sessions with associates.
- Perform regular market and outlet visits to monitor execution standards.
- Deliver on-ground coaching and training to field associates.
- Implement Perfect Store 2.0 standards across assigned territories.
- Improve Share of Shelf (SOS) and retail visibility.
- Monitor field performance and provide actionable feedback to team members.
- Support market expansion and business development activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in field sales, distribution, or sales operations preferred.
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
Technical Skills
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Sales reporting and data analysis.

- Take-Home Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month
