Key Responsibilities
Bench Sales Recruiter
- Source and market consultant profiles to clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain relationships with implementation partners and hiring managers.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Track consultant availability and placement activities.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
HR Recruiter
- Source candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Support onboarding and hiring documentation.
US IT / OPT Recruiter
- Source and recruit US IT professionals and OPT candidates.
- Screen technical candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment standards and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Bench Sales Recruiter: 6 months to 4 years
- HR Recruiter: 6 months to 3 years
- US IT / OPT Recruiter: 6 months to 2 years
Technical Skills
- IT recruitment and talent sourcing
