An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Pyrolysis Plant Operator in Piatra Neamț, Romania. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in pyrolysis, recycling, chemical processing, oil & gas, or thermal processing plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations while maintaining process performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pyrolysis plant equipment safely and efficiently.
- Control plant operations using PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Monitor continuous and batch processing operations.
- Identify operational issues and perform process troubleshooting.
- Ensure process parameters remain within operating standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain operational logs and production records.
- Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
- Support preventive maintenance and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company operating procedures and industry regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

- 5–10+ years of experience in:
