Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept development through final execution.
- Manage luxury residential, hospitality, and clubhouse design projects.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and professional client presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project execution teams.
- Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project budgets, material selections, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, design specifications, and project requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the design team to achieve project objectives.
- Drive design innovation, value engineering, and continuous process improvement.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
- Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline – Preferred
Experience
- 12–15 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing luxury residential, hospitality, and clubhouse projects.
