Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store and dispatch operations to ensure smooth material movement.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor warehouse operations using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory and dispatch performance.
  • Ensure compliance with 5S, ISO, and TS quality standards.
  • Support material planning to optimize inventory availability.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize inventory discrepancies.
  • Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational planning.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Dispatch Operations.
  • Experience in the Automotive, Heavy Engineering, or Process industry is preferred.
