Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store and dispatch operations to ensure smooth material movement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Monitor warehouse operations using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory and dispatch performance.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, ISO, and TS quality standards.
- Support material planning to optimize inventory availability.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Dispatch Operations.
- Experience in the Automotive, Heavy Engineering, or Process industry is preferred.
