We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Restaurant Hostess to join our hospitality team in Mohali. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage table reservations and accommodate walk-in guests efficiently.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables.
- Coordinate seating arrangements with the restaurant operations team.
- Maintain and manage guest waitlists during busy hours.
- Respond to guest queries and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Support smooth front-of-house operations while maintaining hospitality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Any Graduate, or
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience.
