Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and accounting documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit processes.
- Utilize ERP systems and Tally for accounting and financial management functions.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Assist in implementing financial controls and process improvements.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounting activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications will be advantageous.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions.
- Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry is required.
- Experience in the Liquor Manufacturing sector will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Tally.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
