Job Overview
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Assistant Manager – Store & Dispatch to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch activities within the automotive, heavy engineering, or process manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store and dispatch operations to ensure timely material movement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and warehouse operations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory and dispatch performance.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, ISO, and TS quality standards.
- Support material planning and inventory optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Monitor stock availability to prevent shortages and operational delays.
- Use Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational planning.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or dispatch operations.
- Experience within the Automotive, Heavy Engineering, or Process industry is preferred.
