Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Strong client relationship management and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proven experience managing demanding clients and complex customer accounts.
  • Strong analytical and performance reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in the Printing & Packaging Industry will be an advantage.
