Key Responsibilities
Quality Manager
- Lead and manage quality assurance activities across the corrugation production line.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
- Monitor production quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry quality standards.
- Support process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to business development initiatives where applicable.
Quality Executive
- Perform routine quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Monitor process parameters to ensure product quality.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve process performance.
- Ensure compliance with established quality procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
Quality Manager
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience
- 10–12 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in the corrugation industry.
- Hands-on experience with corrugation production lines.
- Knowledge of production capacity management (4,500–5,500 MT per month).
- Quality management systems and process improvement.
- Business development knowledge is an added advantage.
Quality Executive
Education
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills
- Strong process knowledge is mandatory.
- Quality inspection and manufacturing process knowledge.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Understanding of quality control procedures.
Soft Skills (Both Roles)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
