The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh. The position requires a commercially focused professional capable of managing key accounts while contributing to long-term business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience.
- Proven experience in polymer sales is mandatory.
- Experience handling West India markets, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh.
- Strong background in industrial sales, polymers, plastics, or compound manufacturing sectors.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of recycled polymer compounds (rPP/PPCP) and related products.
- Sales strategy development and execution.
