Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various organizational requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
- HR certifications, recruitment certifications, or professional development programs are advantageous.
